Tequila Baluarte Añejo is made from 100% Blue Weber agave at the Los Altos distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It is aged in American oak barrels for 15 months, giving it a smooth and complex aroma with hints of oak and vanilla, as well as aromatic herbs such as rosemary.
The Baluarte Añejo is a tequila that takes the time to age in American oak barrels for a full 15 months. Aged to perfection, this liquid gold has a rich smoky and sweet flavor that lingers on the palate.
TASTING NOTES
Extremely soft, silky in the mouth, balanced where we verify an extraordinary flavor which is made up of sweet notes such as caramel, vanilla flavor notes, notes of banana, oak and cherry.
