Patsch Extra Anejo Tequila is the flagship aged expression in the producer’s organic, additive-free portfolio. It begins with 100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco’s valley and follows the same brick-oven cooking, natural fermentation, and double-distillation process used across the range.
The tequila matures for seven years in American whiskey barrels and is bottled at 80 proof. Patsch describes intense gold and auburn color, deep barrel aromas, ripe plums and cherries, and a creamy palate with cocoa, toffee, butterscotch, apricot, and a bold dry finish.
