Bushmills 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey is matured for at least nineteen years in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks. The whiskey is then married and transferred to Madeira casks for a further two years of maturation.

The long first maturation develops depth while the Madeira finish adds another layer of fruit and cask sweetness. Bushmills bottles this age-stated single malt at 40% alcohol by volume, or 80 proof.
