Patsch Anejo Tequila is produced from 100% organic Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco’s valley region. After brick-oven cooking, natural fermentation without added yeast, and double distillation, the tequila spends 18 months in American whiskey barrels.
The 80-proof añejo develops a deep gold color and a rich but balanced profile. Patsch identifies ripe pear, baked green apple, licorice root, toffee, leather, clove, caramelized agave, and nutmeg.
