The Bruery White Oak
White Oak is a blended beer-- 50% wheatwine aged in Bourbon barrels (we call it "White Oak Sap"), and 50% Mischief (our Golden Strong Ale). Vivid caramel, coconut and vanilla flavors blanketed in a crisp yet robust wheat ale, White Oak is an exercise of balance.
White Oak is suitable for aging up to two years when cellared properly. Best stored and cellared around 55 degrees F in a dark place. Ideal serving temperature is 45 degrees F. Please pour carefully, leaving the yeast sediment behind in the bottle. Best enjoyed in a wide rimmed chalice or a tulip.
