德拉姆尚博单壶爱尔兰威士忌是105多年来首款产自爱尔兰西部康诺特省的威士忌。这款威士忌在PJ Rigney的Shed酒厂经三次手工蒸馏而成，采用爱尔兰麦芽大麦、爱尔兰未发芽大麦和爱尔兰巴拉燕麦混合酿造。之后，它在首次使用过的肯塔基波本威士忌酒桶和奥洛罗索雪莉酒桶中陈酿五年。
