阿佩罗（Aperol）诞生于1919年，是一款意大利苦味利口酒，以橙子、龙胆、金鸡纳、大黄以及多种其他草药和香料浸泡而成。最终呈现出的是一款出人意料的微妙、复杂而令人愉悦的餐前酒，比那些口感更浓烈（也更具争议性）的阿玛罗利口酒更容易接受。虽然近年来出现了许多以阿佩罗为基酒的特色鸡尾酒，但您也可以在许多经典鸡尾酒配方中用它代替金巴利（Campari），从而获得全新的风味体验。
