皮埃尔·于埃VS卡尔瓦多斯AOC产区（Pierre Huet VS Calvados AOC Pays d'Auge）严格遵循卡尔瓦多斯AOC产区的标准，该标准要求使用名为“alembic á repassé”的传统铜制蒸馏器进行两次蒸馏。酿造过程始于发酵后的苹果酒（卡尔瓦多斯苹果酒），该酒在百年橡木桶中陈酿12个月后进行蒸馏。蒸馏完成后，卡尔瓦多斯酒再次被转移至橡木桶中陈酿两至三年，从而赋予最终产品更丰富的层次和独特的风味。
