Astral Blanco龙舌兰酒是一款独具特色的烈酒，采用150年前的传统工艺酿造而成。它选用生长于高海拔山区单一有机庄园的龙舌兰，致敬龙舌兰酒的悠久历史和文化。龙舌兰经采摘后，在传统的石炉中烘烤。为了充分展现龙舌兰的风味，Astral Blanco采用天然酵母发酵，发酵时间是传统方法的八倍。发酵过程中会保留所有龙舌兰的固体部分（bagazo），从而提升其天然风味。发酵完成后，Astral Blanco会经过两次壶式蒸馏，最终酒精度达到92度。这一精益求精的工艺，确保每一口都能品尝到Astral Blanco的醇厚传承。

散发着肉桂、胡椒和香料的香气，伴有矿物质和霉味，以及柑橘、植物、花香和一些茴香（甘草）的味道。
