一切始于一个问题：我们理想中的威士忌应该是什么味道？它应该易饮、百搭，最重要的是，美味无比。我们选择了两种典型的澳洲谷物。首先，为了增加酒体的醇厚度，我们选用了麦芽大麦。这种新酿威士忌与我们的Nova威士忌完全相同。受精酿啤酒的启发，我们用酿酒酵母发酵大麦，赋予其更浓郁的果香。

我们用一种由芳香干燥小麦制成的烈酒来平衡这种风味。然后，每种威士忌都要分别在橡木桶中熟成。
