一首献给加州狂野之美的颂歌。
Terroir是一款以森林为灵感、带有泥土气息的浓郁金酒，散发着浓郁的地域风味。我们希望酿造一款能够传达我们对当地公园里那些壮丽树林、湿润雾气弥漫的山谷以及阳光炙烤的灌木丛的热爱之情的烈酒。
风土金酒（Terroir Gin）采用花旗松、加州月桂、海岸鼠尾草和其他令人回味的植物原料，力求带您领略风情。啜饮一口，感受这美妙的旅程。
野生的当地花旗松、加州月桂和海岸鼠尾草构成了 Terroir 的标志性香气——另外九种植物成分则有助于完善其风味。
我们用一口保养得当的炒锅来烘烤用于酿造风土金酒的芫荽籽。（这口炒锅是兰斯13岁生日的礼物，是他一直想要的。没错，他小时候确实有点特别。）芫荽并非旧金山湾区的特有作物，但烘烤过的芫荽籽散发着令人陶醉的泥土芬芳，让人联想起当地的灌木丛。烘烤芫荽籽的日子里，整个酒厂都弥漫着令人陶醉的香气。
为了最大程度地减少季节变化的影响，我们分别使用250升的蒸馏器蒸馏冷杉和鼠尾草。新鲜的月桂叶和杜松子则放入植物篮中进行蒸汽浸泡。其他植物原料则直接放入1500升的蒸馏釜中。
