“食草动物”（Botanivore），我们的“植物食客”，由19种不同的植物成分协同作用而成。想象一下盛开的草地——草本芬芳，清新雅致。
里面有什么？跟我们一起数数……当归根、月桂叶、佛手柑皮、黑胡椒、葛缕子、豆蔻、香菜、肉桂、西楚啤酒花、芫荽籽、莳萝籽、茴香籽、生姜、杜松子、柠檬皮、青柠皮、鸢尾根、塞维利亚橙皮、八角！
我们在植物原料篮中分层放入杜松子、月桂叶和新鲜香菜。其余16种原料则浸泡在我们1500升铜制蒸馏器的壶中过夜。第二天早上，我们用温和的蒸汽加热，将所有美妙的风味和香气都萃取出来。一天结束时，我们就能酿造出800瓶“植物爱好者”（Botanivore）葡萄酒。
