卡利多尼亚烈酒厂最初由前养蜂人托德·哈迪与安德鲁·皮诺和瑞安·克里斯滕森合作创立。最初的目标是养蜂和蜂蜜生产，但随着哈迪寻求更有利于自身业务发展（且更靠近家乡）的方法，烈酒酿造应运而生。如今，这家酿酒厂使用蜂蜜和接骨木果，同时还经营着一家葡萄酒厂，并致力于支持佛蒙特州当地的生产。
