乔尔·巴里加（Joel Barriga）酿造的瓦戈·佩丘加（Vago Pechuga）梅斯卡尔酒，以其独特的风格展现了瓦哈卡梅斯卡尔酒酿造工艺的悠久传统。这款手工梅斯卡尔酒由酿酒师乔尔·巴里加·阿拉贡（Joel Barriga Aragón）采用100%埃斯帕丁（Espadín）龙舌兰酿制而成，这些龙舌兰采摘自获得“蝙蝠友好”（Bat Friendly）认证的田地——该认证旨在表彰那些支持蝙蝠种群健康发展的可持续耕作方式，而蝙蝠对于龙舌兰的授粉至关重要。
