Hirsch Cask Strength Bourbon Finished in Cognac 是美国威士忌品牌 Hirsch 与法国干邑生产商 Hine 合作的成果，限量发行 9,000 瓶。
这款卓越的威士忌采用72%玉米、13%黑麦和15%麦芽大麦的原料配比。装瓶时保持原桶强度，陈酿六年之后，再转移到30年陈酿的Hine干邑XO酒桶中继续熟成18个月。
Hotaling & Co. 的创新酿酒师 Kevin Aslan 描述了这一过程：“我们挑选了 54 桶最古老的波本威士忌，放入这些用过的 Hine 干邑酒桶中陈酿，这为我们的波本威士忌增添了微妙而明显的干邑风味，最终酿造出一种令人惊叹的佳酿。”
