欧本14年单一麦芽苏格兰威士忌仅选用最优质的大麦，并按照酒厂特有的规格进行麦芽化处理。部分发芽的大麦在窑炉中轻柔烘干，淡淡的泥煤烟熏赋予麦芽独特的风味和口感。最终成就了欧本威士忌烟熏麦芽的干爽口感和悠长的余韵。
所使用的蒸馏器是苏格兰最小的蒸馏器之一；从蠕虫槽的奇怪位置可以看出该场地的狭窄，蠕虫槽由异常短的管臂供水，并依偎在蒸馏室和相邻建筑物屋顶之间的 V 形空间中。
美食推荐：欧本威士忌搭配沙爹鸡肉串或糖渍姜都非常美味。口感：中等。入口麦芽香浓郁，甜度适中，酒体中等，余味干爽悠长。略带辛香，并伴有淡淡的海风气息。
