Nikka余市单一麦芽威士忌系列，是余市蒸馏所出品的一系列单一麦芽威士忌。余市蒸馏所是Nikka于1934年建立的第一家蒸馏所。创始人竹鹤政孝之所以选择北海道余市町，是因为这里与他学习威士忌酿造的苏格兰有着相似的自然环境。在酿造余市单一麦芽威士忌的过程中，Nikka融合了苏格兰斯佩塞和美国波本威士忌（又称“黑麦威士忌”）的精华，并采用传统的日本蒸馏工艺，最终呈现出一种既具有鲜明Nikka特色又独具特色的纯正风格。
日果余市单一麦芽威士忌拥有悠久的历史，是日本第一家单一麦芽威士忌酒厂。它也是屡获殊荣的日果咖啡谷物威士忌的诞生地，并自此不断改进酿造工艺。
