我们的传统甜麦芽浆在柱式蒸馏器中蒸馏后，会以肯塔基州已知的最低入桶酒精度数进行装桶。我们采用 100 度和 105 度两种酒精度数进行装桶，旨在突出馏出液的平衡性以及低酒精度数下酒液在橡木桶中呈现的不同溶解度表现。在最初几年，我们也尝试过 100 度到 120 度之间的不同酒精度数进行装桶，之后才最终确定为 100 度和 105 度。这就是为什么您会发现我们不同批次的桶装原酒黑麦威士忌酒精度数有所差异的原因。
我们的三谷物配方包含56%的黑麦、33%的玉米和11%的麦芽大麦。我们特意研发了这款黑麦麦芽配方，旨在实现更均衡的风味，以平衡市面上常见的黑麦威士忌的浓烈口感。我们选用肯塔基州本地农场种植的传统黑麦，该农场隶属于KY Proud认证农场。我们的黑麦威士忌在酒精度分别为100度和105度时，会装入全新风干的4号炭化53加仑橡木桶中，并在酒窖中陈酿至成熟。我们的黑麦威士忌在酒窖上层至少陈酿4年，常规款的酒龄预计在6至8年之间。
