Sunday's Whisky 的灵感源于我们的愿景：在尊重传统工艺、追求卓越品质的同时，让日本威士忌变得平易近人、充满乐趣。最终酿造出的威士忌既可纯饮，也可调制鸡尾酒；尤其适合调制古典鸡尾酒、威士忌柠檬水，或是我们最爱的招牌高球鸡尾酒——Sunday's Hi。
我们与笹之川酒造合作，共同打造了Sunday's威士忌的专属配方。我们甄选来自世界各地的桶陈麦芽和谷物烈酒，与日本威士忌混合，并加入最纯净的日本水进行调配。用于熟成的酒桶大多为波本威士忌酒桶，赋予最终产品圆润柔和的口感。这种独特的风土，唯有笹之川酒造的丰富资源与Sunday's Spirits的匠心独运才能完美融合。
品鉴笔记
闻起来有柚子、甜豌豆和苹果甜甜圈的香气。入口后，可可、新鲜薄荷和华夫饼的味道层层递进，口感圆润，这部分得益于软水水源。余味则展现出更多甜美的烘焙香料气息，伴有粉红胡椒和大麦的香气。
