这款美国威士忌在波本威士忌酒桶中缓慢而稳定地陈酿至少四年，通常更久。所有陈酿过程均在酒厂的三个地点之一进行，每个地点都拥有理想但又各具特色的条件，包括温度、湿度、日照和空气流通。
精加工桶
经首席酿酒师乔丹·维亚（Jordan Via）认定成熟后，一部分
美国威士忌被转移到戴夫·菲尼的仙粉黛葡萄酒桶中。
