1910年10月22日，装瓶线上的一场大火导致老福斯特威士忌的生产中断。原本准备装瓶的成熟威士忌被暂时存放在另一个橡木桶中。最终酿造出的威士忌风味绝佳，品质卓越，足以成为一个全新的品牌——老福斯特威士忌。
为了重现这一历史性的装瓶工艺，这款独特的老福斯特威士忌经过了二次橡木桶陈酿，赋予其非凡的个性、顺滑甜美的口感以及清爽干净的余韵。以较低的100度酒精度进入第二次橡木桶陈酿，使得更多的木质糖分能够溶解于威士忌之中。1910 Old Fine Whiskey是威士忌街系列的第四款也是最后一款产品，酒精度为93度。
