Journeyman Last Feather Rye威士忌采用限量批次酿造，使用全新15加仑（约68升）的烧焦橡木白桶陈酿。这款威士忌产自芝加哥的瑞文斯伍德社区。橡木桶赋予了这款酒精度为90度（40% ABV）的黑麦威士忌极致的风味。其麦芽浆由黑麦和小麦混合而成。这款风味浓郁的黑麦威士忌可纯饮、加冰饮用，或调制成威士忌酸酒等鸡尾酒。
Journeyman Last Feather Rye Whiskey 是一款来自 Journeyman 酒厂的以小麦为主的黑麦威士忌。之所以取这个名字，是为了寄托希望，希望这三款黑麦威士忌（Last Feather、Heart of Darkness 和 Frontier）能够继续保持下去。
