瓦哈卡德利里奥陈年龙舌兰酒 (Mezcal Delirio de Oaxaca Añejo)由酿酒大师费尔南多·桑蒂巴涅斯 (Fernando Santibañez) 亲自监督，精心手工酿造而成。这款陈年龙舌兰酒产自瓦哈卡州米瓦特兰 (Miahuatlán) 的传统酿酒厂，由第四代种植者和酿酒师里卡多·冈萨雷斯 (Ricardo Gonzalez) 酿造。德利里奥陈年龙舌兰酒采用两种天然种植的龙舌兰：埃斯帕丁龙舌兰 (Agave espadin) 和马德雷库什龙舌兰 (Agave madre cuishe)。龙舌兰生长约七年后，经手工采摘，并在以牧豆树和柯巴脂加热的地下石炉中烹煮三天。烹煮后的龙舌兰采用石磨法 (tahona) 进行碾碎，并在开放式松木桶中进行自然发酵。发酵完成后，酒液在铜制蒸馏器中进行两次蒸馏，并在中度烘烤的全新美国白橡木桶中陈酿至少 12 个月，最后过滤并精确调配至 80 度（40% ABV）。最终产品具有浓郁的木质香气，在新橡木桶中陈酿赋予其优雅的甜香，并融合了两种龙舌兰的清淡果香。瓦哈卡陈年龙舌兰酒（Mezcal Delirio de Oaxaca Añejo）：100% 龙舌兰酿造，并通过墨西哥认证。
