卡萨多雷斯酒厂选用完全成熟的龙舌兰，经蒸汽蒸煮、浸渍后，在莫扎特的音乐伴奏下进行为期7天的发酵，酵母会将龙舌兰中的糖分转化为酒精；之后，酒液经过两次蒸馏，并陈酿至少3年，最终成为一款“特级陈年龙舌兰”（Extra Añejo）。这款酒香气浓郁，带有焦糖、榛子、蛋白酥皮、泥土、太妃糖和香料烤苹果的芬芳。
这款酒的口感与香气相呼应，层次丰富而柔顺，逐渐展现出浓郁的苦甜巧克力、烤橡木、香料、烤坚果和烤水果的风味。卡萨多雷斯特级陈年干白兰地（Cazadores Extra Añejo）为编号限量版，建议纯饮于白兰地杯中，或搭配雪茄享用。
