费尔南多·桑蒂巴涅斯 (Fernando Santibañez) 采用他祖母世代传承的秘方，手工小批量酿造出 Xicaru Silver Mescal，这是一款平易近人、独具特色的传统梅斯卡尔酒，采用 100% Espadin 龙舌兰酿造而成。
首先，将龙舌兰放入用瓦哈卡州特有的牧豆树和奥科特树制成的锥形石炉中烘烤。烘烤后的龙舌兰被制成石磨（tahona），捣碎后放入敞开的松木桶中进行自然发酵。发酵完成后，将液体在铜制蒸馏器中进行两次蒸馏，然后过滤并精确调配至81度（45%酒精度）。
Xicaru Silver Mescal 纯净清澈，散发着浓郁的梅斯卡尔酒烟熏香气。酒体醇厚饱满，入口浓郁而带有泥土气息，随后柑橘和植物的清香缓缓绽放，各种风味交织融合，达到微妙的平衡，并伴有淡淡的烟熏味，轻柔地萦绕不散，却又不至于过于浓烈。口感复杂而迷人，余味干净悠长。
