天觉日本威士忌的酿造之旅始于86%玉米和14%大麦的麦芽浆配比，这奠定了其独特风味的基础。随后，威士忌经过精细的双铜壶蒸馏工艺，采用源自富士山盆地御坂山脉的纯净泉水。这些泉水位于地下250米深处，以其无与伦比的纯净度而闻名，也是世界上一些最负盛名的清酒的品质保证。
天雀威士忌蒸馏完成后，便被放入陈年肯塔基波本威士忌酒桶中，开启其陈酿之旅。这些饱满的酒桶赋予威士忌深邃而复杂的风味，使其醇厚的麦芽香气随着时间的推移而逐渐发展。谷物的风味虽依然存在，但平衡得恰到好处，让每种谷物的独特风味得以充分展现。最终呈现出一款纯净而经典的威士忌，由3年、5年和6年陈酿的威士忌调配而成，完美展现了麦芽与谷物成分之间的和谐平衡。
