奥莱·斯莫基酿酒厂（Ole Smoky Distillery）是一家位于田纳西州加特林堡的玉米威士忌酿酒厂，于2010年7月4日那个周末正式开业。其位于加特林堡市中心的厂房内设有两台仍在使用的铜制蒸馏器。游客可以近距离观看蒸馏过程，同时了解大烟山地区私酿酒的历史。
产品包括传统玉米威士忌、六次蒸馏的“白闪电”（White Lightning）、樱桃月光酒、苹果派月光酒、桃子月光酒、黑莓月光酒，以及蓝莓、葡萄、乡村潘趣酒、粉红柠檬水、草莓和柠檬糖等季节限定口味。Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine 的产品均采用传统的梅森罐包装。酒厂使用传承百年的家族秘方，并在曾担任 Maker's Mark 首席酿酒师超过 15 年的 Dave Pickerell 的帮助下不断完善。所有原料均来自当地。
