粮食
所有谷物均产自酒厂方圆 50 英里以内。酒厂与当地农民建立了直接合作关系，并严格按照特定规格种植谷物。黑麦是配方的主要成分，其次是玉米和麦芽大麦。
生产
整粒麦芽被运送到酒厂，然后在厂内进行研磨和糖化。发酵完成后，麦芽浆在20层塔板、24英寸的Vendome Copper & Brassworks柱式蒸馏器中进行蒸馏。每次将五批馏出液混合，以确保风味一致，然后再装桶。
酒桶与陈酿
白色美国橡木炭3号桶由当地制桶师塞甘·莫罗（Seguin Moreau）手工打造，黑麦威士忌至少陈酿三年，通常更久。所有陈酿过程均在酒厂的三个地点之一进行，每个地点都拥有理想但又各具特色的条件，包括温度、湿度、日照和空气流通。
精加工桶
当首席酿酒师乔丹·维亚认为黑麦威士忌已经成熟后，一部分会被转移到戴夫·菲尼的歌海娜葡萄酒桶中陈酿约两个月。这种额外的陈酿过程会赋予威士忌更丰富的风味、口感和独特的个性。
水
纯净的水取自戴夫位于亚历山大谷高海拔山区的一处泉眼，距离酿酒厂不远。
