这款梅斯卡尔酒产自一座古老的传统庄园，使用名为“hornos”的地上烤炉烹制龙舌兰，因此其口感不带烟熏味。烹制完成后，龙舌兰会被“tahona”碾碎，用野生酵母进行自然发酵，然后在小型铜制蒸馏器中进行两次蒸馏，最后以43.5%的酒精度装瓶。
