这款梅斯卡尔酒采用100%埃斯帕丁龙舌兰（A. angustifolia）酿制而成，龙舌兰芯在橡木柴火烧制的锥形石炉中烘烤三天，再经斧头、砍刀和研磨机碾碎，最后在露天柏木罐中，利用天然野生酵母和当地井水进行发酵。酒液在铜制蒸馏器中经过两次蒸馏，最终呈现出清澈透亮、层次丰富的梅斯卡尔酒。
柔和的黏土、焦香的肉桂和热带水果的香气扑鼻而来，随后而来的是令人惊喜的口感——茉莉花、山药、芫荽、欧防风和焦香草本植物的风味在舌尖翩翩起舞。这款埃斯帕丁干型葡萄酒酒精度为45.5%，口感干爽，带有花香和草本气息，且毫不掩饰其浓郁的个性。
