我们酿造霞多丽葡萄酒秉持“自然不干预”的理念，让果实和风土本身展现其独特魅力，再辅以精湛的酿造技艺，使其臻于完美。我们让葡萄充分成熟，在我们的葡萄园中，这意味着浓郁而复杂的果香层次、馥郁芬芳的香气以及风味的完美平衡。我们采用低温不锈钢罐发酵，以保留其浓郁复杂的香气，然后将部分酒液放入风干三年的法国橡木桶中陈酿，以凸显并平衡浓郁的果香，并借助优质橡木的微妙风味，增添另一层复杂性。最终酿造出的葡萄酒口感醇厚，却又拥有纯净清爽的风味和香气层次。
葡萄园笔记
我们的蒙特雷葡萄园毗邻圣卢西亚高地。浅层的花岗岩土壤赋予葡萄酒矿物质风味和迷人的柑橘花香。每天下午，来自蒙特雷湾的凉爽微风吹拂，使葡萄酒保持了清爽的酸度和细腻的香气。
