Stone Collaboration 24 Carrot Golden Ale

Stone 24 Carrot Golden Ale is a carrot cake...okay it's inspired by carrot cake, not an actual carrot cake. Based as a Belgian Golden Ale with the main ingredients being golden raisins, and grated carrots, the two main ingredients that make up the infamous carrot cake.

Also added was Beet Juice to help make up the carrot cake color. Obviously with carrot cake, the icing is as delicious as the cake it's self, so vanilla beans were added post fermentation giving it that cool icing flavor.
