St. Louis Gueuze Fond Tradition Lambic Castle 375ml / 12.7oz Appearance: Pours a dark orange with on a white ring around the top. The body is rather cloudy, and you will only see an occasional bubble rising to the top. Aroma: Light soury funk. Taste: Lemon, plum skin, funk and a slight woodiness. Mouthfeel: Fizzy. Overall: A refreshing gueuze with subtlety.
