Small Town Brewery is owned and operated by Tim Kovac, and made national headlines with the launch of Not Your Fathers Root Beer. The booze meets dessert brand has made millions this year as it has been rolling out nationally.

The next innovation is a ginger ale/addition available at Quality Liquor Store in San Diego – Not Your Fathers Ginger Ale. A 5.9% alcohol by volume ginger beer meant to be served over ice. This brand extension – described as “gruit-inspired botanical beer brewed with ginger”, is suggested for use Dark & Stormy & Moscow Mule cocktails.
