Rubicon IPA 25Th Anniversary Ale

A single malt and single hop make up this special brew. We used Pale Crisp Malt and the classic Cascade Hop. Light gold pale color with a clean dry finish. Flavors of fruit and citrus with pleasant floral aromas. Served unfiltered - it is simple, yet deliciously complex.
