Rough Draft Southern Triangle IPA

An American style India Pale Ale that has been brewed using a medley of hops from the Southern Hemisphere including Nelson Sauvin, Moteuka, and Galaxy.

Crack open a bottle of this delightful brew. It pours amber with a golden, copper hue and the aroma is tropical fruits, guava, kiwi, and passionfruit alongside scents of the pine forest. The white bubbles soon give way, and as you drink the flavor experience is of malts, caramel, toffee and toasted bread crumbs. It is medium bodied, sweet at the finish with a slightly protracted New Zealand hops bitterness.
