Peloton De La Muerte Mezcal Pechuga
We searched for a Mezcal with a variety of tastes and found Pechuga, a smoky, peated spirit aged in new oak barrels. When we tasted it, we immediately recognized a unique opportunity. Not only was the Mezcal a great quality, but its artisanal production presented a rare opportunity to know exactly where our Peregrinos were going. Pelotón de la Muerte Pechuga is produced in the state of Guerrero by mezcalero Rodolfo Obregón. It is produced using a field blend of wild agave Espadin, as well as roasted wild Agave.
