Orphan Barrel Entrapment 25 Year Canadian Whiskey
Orphan Barrel’s Entrapment Canadian Whisky has a mashbill of 97% corn and 3% malted barley. It’s been aged for 25 years in Gimli, Canada travels nearly 1,500 miles south to Tullahoma, Tennessee for hand-bottling.
Tasting notes say the whiskey begins with a vanilla, toffee and a delicate toasted oak scent that tastes light and creamy with hints of tobacco and walnut. The finish is warm with notes of dried fruits reminiscent of plums and raisins.
