Orin Swift Mannequin Chardonnay

Orin Swift Mannequin Chardonnay has strong aromas of ripe peach, honeysuckle, and honeydew accentuated by a touch of cream, pineapple, and jasmine. It also has deep flavors of Meyer lemon, wet stone and ripe stone fruit which give it a dense texture. It has an attractive straw-gold color and is quite spicy. Its entry is luxurious with fruity flavors which give way to flint, spices and mineral notes. It has a lengthy finish. It pairs well with the flourless chocolate cake.
