Oak & Eden Bourbon and Brew Bourbon finished with a French Oak spire in our custom French Oak barrels, then aged for 6 months in used bourbon barrels to infuse rich chocolate and vanilla flavors. The result is an exceptional bourbon finished with a french oak spire that impart an unexpected added complexity.
TASTING NOTES
We partnered with Voltage Coffee Project in Denton, TX to create Bourbon & Brew, using Delagua Coffee from Colombia. Before bottling, we infuse the Spires into this rich, savory cold brew, giving a sweet, delicate dark chocolate & coffee finish, unlike anything else.
