Modern Times Protocosmos

The innovative and experimental brewers at Modern Times Brewery have created a unique IPA called Protocosmos. According to the San Diego based brewery, this complex and hoppy brew is named after a bizarre underground world envisioned by author Giacomo Casanova.

Made using fruity Australian Galaxy hops and citrusy American Ahtanum and Centennial hops, Protocosmos is saturated with zesty, tropical aromas and flavors.
