Julius Echter Hefe-Weissbier Hell 16.9oz Gold pour, large white head when poured. Laces pretty well as it goes down. Aroma, a yeasty straw/hay. Limited banana and clove. Taste matches, which is why I prefer German Hefe's, very under control banana and clove. The wheat shines without being blown away by spice. US versions allow those flavors to be out of control in my opinion. Crisp, clean light bodied, extreamly easy drinking. Carbonation is higher than in US versions. Most importantly I would want to drink more, which I usually don't with Hefe's. Serving type: bottle
