Jameson 18 years old
This is the Master's Blender supreme example of the Jameson tradition of maturing whiskey in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks.
The Master Blender has hand picked three whiskeys which have been matured in seasoned Oloroso sherry casks for at least 18 years. Then Jameson 18 years old is transferred to American bourbon barrels for a further 6 months, to put the final finishing touches to this unique and complex whiskey.
It's true that each bottle of Jameson 18 Year Old Limited Reserve Irish Whiskey is numbered, reflecting the limited quantity that is hand-selected and bottled each year.

"95 Points. Beautiful. Rich honey color, tropical fruit scent with a touch of thick caramel. The flavors are bright and vibrant — lychee, banana, orange peel, tempered by a wash of honey — and the finish is intriguing and dry with nuances of white chocolate, banana, leather and nutmeg." — Wine Enthusiast
