The flavor profile is rich and full, with notes of deep cherry, plum, and blackberry, along with tawny port and dried fruits. There’s also a hint of white pepper, cocoa powder, cinnamon stick, chicory root, and lavender—just for good measure!
This isn’t just a great tasting Bourbon; it comes in a beautiful bottle, too! The glass is deep blue like midnight sky over Kentucky (which you can almost see from where I am right now) and features an image of one its most famous native sons: boxer Muhammad Ali.
