Herradura Reserva Scotch Cask Finish Reposado Tequila
In 2014, Herradura went in a different direction for their Tequila Herradura Colección de la Casa release. That is, they finished their tequila in a combination of Scotch whiskey barrels. What resulted is this blend of tequila that is pale gold in color, fairly typical in taste, but with just a kiss of malt, dried apricot and smoke.
