Frog's Leap Zinfandel is a versatile wine with a lightness that comes from spending one year in oak. Dark cherry and boysenberry don't come off jammy in the least and are balanced out by soft spices of cinnamon and clove. Mild, earthy tannins lead to a nice finish. Try with wild caught salmon or roasted game hen.
