Michael David Inkblot Cabernet Franc

Michael David Inkblot Cabernet Franc has black cherries on the mid-palate and a bit of graphite on the finish with a small amount of vanilla. The smell is complex with freshly crushed blackberries and plums, pepper, and tobacco. The tannins are velvety smooth, dense, and rich. Deeply concentrated dark ruby in color with tobacco, strawberry jam and cherry aromas standing out. Full-bodied with dark fruit and spice, blackberry, clove, walnut and pepper are layered within hints of sweet vanilla.
