Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea has been aged for over four years by the expert hands of Captain and crew safely aboard a custom-built yacht, weathering the storms and resilient to the trials of the open seas. Each bottle captures an oceanic moment and is hand-numbered for uniqueness. Leaving San Francisco just after La Nina in 2010, the captain and crew sailed south into equatorial waters where sun shines on sea surface to warm temperatures in parts of tropical Atlantic above normal levels.
