Aged to 13 years old, the El Jolgorio the Mule drawn Tahoma’s and whatever forms of agave they are mixing together is distilled twice before producing a rich, earthy, and spicy mescal. The pleasant drawn aroma of bell peppers draws you in and traps you before releasing that bit of spice on the long draw out bit of heat on the finish.
Watch its sneakiness as it can only be made certain area within eight states of Mexico, those agave plants are plentiful in those areas and known to lay out more than one powerful wo(man). Tequila it cannot be, it is defined with more than one agave flavors, trickier to pin down and harder to catch. It can however be known to be bottle only within Mexico, that much is known for sure.
