Uncorked, it is black cherry on the nose, an earthy, all spice shiraz which hails from the Columbia Valley. Deep and dark, it is abundant. When the bomb goes off be prepared for its layers of black and red fruit flavors. Persistent in the finish, this is a wine that just begs to be finished.
